DIY T-SHIRT

Hey! Hoje vou mostrar-vos como fiz esta t-shirt. Eu adoro t-shirts com frases de filmes, mas é raro encontrar uma como eu quero à venda. Portanto, porque não fazer eu a minha própria t-shirt? Hey! Today I will show you how I made this shirt. I love t-shirts with movie quotes, but it's rare to find one I like for sale. So why not make me my own t-shirt? As tintas para tecido comprei numa loja chinesa. E comprei esta t-shirt cinzenta básica, de homem, porque eu não gosto do corte das t-shirt's de senhora.  Depois colei-a com fita-cola a uma mesa para ficar bem segura. E medi a área onde queria colocar as letras.

I bought the textile inks in a Chinese shop. And I bought this basic gray t-shirt, from the men department because I don't like the cut on the ladies t-shirts. Then I fixed it to a table with tape so the shirt could stand still. And then I measured the area where I wanted to place the letters.


Depois desenhei a forma das letras num papel A3 e recortei, para me servir de molde. Podem desenhar directamente na t-shirt, eu só usei um molde porque da última vez que fiz uma t-shirt sem molde salpiquei-a com tinta por todo o lado haha!

Then I drew the shape of the letters in A3 paper and cut it out to serve as mold. You can draw directly on the shirt, I just used a mold because the last time I made a shirt without one I sprinkled it with paint everywhere haha!


De seguida comecei a pintar cuidadosamente as letras. Muito importante, não se esqueçam de colocar folhas de papel dentro da t-shirt, isto evita com que a tinta passe para a parte de trás da t-shirt.

Then I began to carefully paint the letters. Most importantly, don't forget to put sheets of paper inside the shirt, this prevents the ink to pass to the back of the shirt.


Para finalizar, fiz os últimos detalhes e este foi o resultado final. Espero que tenham gostado!
